Our interviews take place in Mars & Co's offices to offer our candidates a more realistic view of our firm, its location and work environment.
From our viewpoint, we want to assess whether otherwise-brilliant analysts can become catalysts for change in major organizations. We are attracted to balanced individuals who thrive on teamwork. Since Mars & Co is not organized around practices, we require individuals who, as generalists, can develop practical strategic recommendations from extremely detailed analyses of market environments and clients' competitors. A Consultant at Mars & Co must have strong quantitative skills in addition to energy, maturity, creativity, and uncommon common sense. A sense of humor also helps.
