For our consultants, "the Mars system" really stands out in the following fashion:
- we eschew the traditional practice-based organizational models of all our competitors
- as a result, our consultants know they won't be "pigeon-holed" in any given practice
- we work under the apprenticeship format, i.e. our most senior staff, including our Officers are consultants first and foremost and serve as mentors to the junior staff
