This is why our interviews (which may include case studies) are conducted by the most senior members of our staff, those best suited to convey the firm's values as well as evaluate a candidate's potential for the leadership required to succeed at Mars & Co.  

We also encourage recruits to get in touch themselves with members of our junior staff who are recent graduates to get their direct unfettered opinion of life at Mars & Co.

Our interviews take place in Mars & Co's offices to offer our candidates a more realistic view of our firm, its location and work environment. 

From our viewpoint, we want to assess whether otherwise-brilliant analysts can become catalysts for change in major organizations. We are attracted to balanced individuals who thrive on teamwork. Mars & Co does not specialize by function or industry. Thus, we require individuals, who, as generalists, can develop practical strategic recommendations from detailed analyses of clients' competitors and market environments. A Consultant at Mars & Co must have strong quantitative skills in addition to energy, maturity, creativity, and uncommon common sense. A sense of humor also helps.
